- I think we've all had JUST about enough of this.
- The kids aren't enjoying me as a single parent any more than I'm feeling successful...
- Peter comes home tonight, just in time for me to go back to work.
- The house has been slowly sliding into crisis. I was trying to keep up, but last night saw it through objective eyes and nearly jumped. It's reached junk-yard levels.
- Rose was confronted with a treasure box at speech yesterday, and the commitment to choose only one thing.
- This resulted in an hour long standoff,
- which made me (and Andy) late for our art class,
- which, incidentally, we had missed last week.
- We went to her 6 year check-up yesterday, and THANK GOD for her pediatrician, who alloted 90 minutes for us. As usual, we left with 4 phone numbers and referrals.
- The sunburned back, while I hate to complain, is coloring (so to speak) my attitude about pretty much everything, along with
- oh yea, cramps.
- I was charged with calling a plumber and an electrician and getting some stuff done around here while Peter was gone. Guess I'll be doing that TODAY.
- Meanwhile, Peter calls twice a day to report finding diplodicus (sp?) vertebrae, turtle phalanges and baby something-or-other teeth.
- Which, hey, I am sincerely happy for him. It's a gateway opportunity, and a dream come true for him.
- Did I mention he gets home tonight?

And then tomorrow you go back to school! :-) Wheee--the fun just never stops!
Bad news about the little notepad book kits-- when someone at Michael's scanned the upc code on the pkg it came up as located in "clearance". I looked and looked, and didn't find any. I did find the website for the company that makes them, but you have to be a dealer or a store to order them! Boo Hoo! I guess we'll be cutting our own cardboard!
And you will have to take that Sparkly Card class we took last night--the cards were so cute (we made NINE cards!) and we had glitter everywhere.
