Exorcise

So inside my head, the same thoughts are chasing each other around and around: Beedle deedle DEEDLE deedle, beedle deedle DEEDLE deedle... and I mostly sleep when that happens. It's a sorry waste of time, I'll tell you. So today when I needed to get something to a friend in my neighborhood, a day that's mid-sixties and snapping, I decided to walk.

That may not sound like a triumphant decision to you. But breaking the cycle of lethargy and fret is important. Exercise is important and so is light. Even accomplishing a small task building momentum.

It could be far, far worse. The voices could be going beedle deedle to the tune of "It's a Small World." Beedle deedle deedle dee, beedle deedle deedle dee, beedle deedle deedle dee, beedle dee dee dee!

My voices speak in complete sentences. Just as I fall asleep they usually begin with the words, "Heh, heh, don't forget all the work you have tomorrow like . . ."
