- That squeeze and nick move does not get the pits out like it does with cherries.
- By the way, did you know that "cling" peaches are so named because the fruit clings to the stone? The other kind of peaches are called "freestone" peaches.
- No such luck with the plums.
- Really, really sour.
- You will again need more of the fruit than you have.
- Drain the juice, or you won't be making plum crisp, it will be plum mush.
- Which still has potential, but it won't elevate your tastes.
