Little Jack Horner

And now, the plums.
  1. That squeeze and nick move does not get the pits out like it does with cherries.
  2. By the way, did you know that "cling" peaches are so named because the fruit clings to the stone? The other kind of peaches are called "freestone" peaches.
  3. No such luck with the plums.
  4. Really, really sour.
  5. You will again need more of the fruit than you have.
  6. Drain the juice, or you won't be making plum crisp, it will be plum mush.
  7. Which still has potential, but it won't elevate your tastes.

I didn't realize they were sour. I should have tried them out before I sent them. Hope you're enjoying this baking though.
