Boo.

We rode the light rail to a hip downtown.  Browsed the funky shops, a used bookstore, a former garage turned restaurant, and a coffee and chocolate shop.  Then rode the light rail back.  It was a snappin' fall day, with impossibly blue skies and crunchy leaves.
Rose and I look SO GREAT in our hats.  Here we are in front of the Littleton WPA era library.
This time of year, we refer to these as eyeball trees.  Especially when we step on one of the rubbery fruits and it gives with a slight pop...
Mother Nature's compositions mock my best.
Waiting for the train.  Considering putting a penny on the track.
Here's where you wait to get on.  Note the nonskid surface.
Finally, an art deco frieze around a building on 16th and Stout.  Lovely.

Those hats are so cute, Laurie! And I'm glad you and Rose finally got to ride the rail ... sounds like you both had a wonderful time!
