If that's not evidence

That one is an old, old man who lived alone in an olive grove in a house with no door, so the chickens could run in and out. On his wall was an image of him as a young solider. Taken on the island of Crete in 1981.

I am wearing really groovy shoes, and I have a pencil neck. Taken in Kyoto, Japan, in 1984.

I have the day off.
I have plenty of time to write 4 or 5 more blog posts. And plenty to say.
Like, how have I changed? What would I want to hide from old friends? What could I use more of in my life? What could I unload?

What could I be doing besides obsess about fascinating, fascinating me?

If this self-analysis is not evidence of spring fever, I don't know what is.

I must say though that increased daylight is not entirely to blame. Extended time with family, and virtual reunions with really old friends, and upcoming high school reunions are all contributing to a sort of defiant nostalgia.

Taken in Tokyo, 1984.
