Zuppa Toscano
This is it. Of course I didn't measure anything. To save time, I didn't use raw potatoes. I found some grated potatoes for hash browns next to the eggs. Oh, and I didn't crush my own garlic, and I didn't chop my own onions. I do recommend, though, that you go ahead with the fresh kale. It's worth it for the color alone.

Before I even clicked the link I knew it was Olive Garden. I LOVE that soup. Excellent choice, and it sounds like you made a mean imitation, measurements or no.
