Bio-Rhythms? REM? SAD?

I CAN BARELY HOLD MY EYES OPEN. Yesterday I took a 5 hour "nap"- I am aware that anything upwards of 20 minutes is not recommended for adults, and I am aware that calling 5 hours of crazy, swirly dreamin' sleep is hardly a nap.

So last night, BING! I'm awake. So today, I'm sluggish, droopy eyed. I have every intention of going to jazzercise, but I knew that coming home first would be dangerous. So here I am, blogging.
